"Le Caprinaie"

The former approx. 100 years old farm "Le Caprinaie" with baking-oven and the neighboring house "Capanna" — free standing in the middle of nature — on 15.000 m2, 1,5 km from Badia A Ruoti, was reconditioned with much expenditure and love.

... with large swimming pool!

The surrounding area covers not only a large swimming pool (26x9m), but also several groups of seats for cosy staying.

Furthermore the main house has a Cantina (approx. 70 m2 with kitchen), where the dinner is served and that can be used by all guests.

The special Ambiente of this house, as well as the small romantic surrounding villages or the famous culture places such as Firenze, Arezzo and Siena gives you the opportunity for a unique experience vacation with recovery and surely beautiful lasting memories!
